Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery Attempts
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address information or the recipient being unavailable, the courier may contact you to arrange another attempt. Additional fees may apply for repeated delivery attempts.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
